A group buy allows approved buyers to place orders during a specific ordering period. Once the group buy closes, the consolidated order moves to the next stage of fulfillment.

Yes. You must create an account, verify your email address, and meet any required approval requirements before accessing products, pricing, and ordering. 

3. What is the difference between US Warehouse and Source 1?

US Warehouse products are already located in the United States, while Source 1 products are ordered after the group buy closes and may have a longer estimated delivery timeline. 

4. When can I place an order?

Orders can only be placed while the applicable group buy is open. Once the deadline passes, new orders and quantity increases are no longer accepted. 

5. How much is shipping?

The standard shipping fee is $20 per order. Shipping rates may vary depending on the source, destination, or applicable administrator settings. 

6. What is the 6% processing fee?

A 6% processing fee is calculated based on the product subtotal unless a different fee has been configured by the administrator. 

7. How do I know if my payment was received?

Your payment status will be updated through your account. Statuses may include Payment Pending, Under Review, Payment Verified, or Payment Rejected. 

8. Can I combine products from different group buys?

US Warehouse and Source 1 products may require separate orders because they can have different fulfillment locations, shipping fees, and delivery timelines. 

9. How will I receive tracking information?

Once your order has shipped and tracking information is available, you can view the carrier, tracking number, shipping date, and delivery information through your account. 

10. Are the products intended for human consumption?

No. All products are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only and are not intended for human or veterinary consumption. No dosing, administration, reconstitution, or medical advice is provided.
