1. Eligibility and Account Registration
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order through this website. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
Account registration may require email verification and, where applicable, administrator approval. We reserve the right to approve, suspend, reject, or terminate an account in accordance with our policies and applicable requirements.
2. Private Account Access
Products, pricing, availability, and ordering functionality may only be accessible to registered and approved buyers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted through your account.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
3. Group Buy Orders
Group buys are offered during specific ordering periods established by the administrator. Each group buy may have a defined opening date, closing date, payment deadline, product availability, quantity limits, and estimated fulfillment timeline.
Orders may only be submitted while the applicable group buy is open. Once the group buy closes, new orders and quantity increases may no longer be accepted.
4. Product Information and Availability
Product names, sizes, kit quantities, prices, availability, and inventory information are displayed for ordering purposes. Product availability may change at any time.
We may establish minimum or maximum quantities per buyer and may limit, hide, deactivate, or remove products from an active group buy.
5. Pricing, Fees, and Shipping
Product prices are displayed to authorized buyers and may be changed by the administrator before or during an applicable group-buy period, subject to existing order terms.
Unless otherwise stated, the standard processing fee is 6% of the product subtotal.
The standard shipping charge is $20 per order unless a different shipping rate, waiver, destination charge, or shipping option applies.
6. Payment
Customers are responsible for completing payment according to the payment instructions provided after an order is submitted.
Depending on the payment method available, customers may be required to submit payment information or proof of payment for administrator verification.
Payment statuses may include Payment Pending, Payment Under Review, Payment Verified, Partially Paid, Payment Failed, Payment Rejected, Payment Refunded, or Payment Cancelled.
7. Payment Deadlines
Each group buy may have a specific payment deadline. If payment is not received and verified by the applicable deadline, an order may expire or be cancelled.
Reserved inventory may be released following cancellation for non-payment, and the customer may receive an email notification regarding the change in order status.
8. Order Confirmation
After an order is submitted, customers may receive an order confirmation containing the order number, products, quantities, applicable charges, total amount, payment status, payment instructions, and estimated fulfillment information.
9. Group Buy Fulfillment
Group-buy fulfillment may involve multiple stages, including payment verification, group-buy closing, quantity review, consolidated ordering, production or preparation, quality control where applicable, warehouse arrival, packing, and shipment.
Estimated delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production schedules, quality-control procedures, customs inspections, carrier delays, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control.
10. US Warehouse Orders
US Warehouse products are intended for shipment to supported United States destinations and territories as specified during checkout.
Estimated shipping is generally 2–5 business days after the order has been submitted, full payment has been received and verified, and the order has passed applicable administrative review.
11. Source 1 Orders
Source 1 products are ordered through the applicable group-buy process after the group buy closes. Estimated delivery may be approximately 4–6 weeks after the group buy closes and the consolidated order is submitted.
This timeframe is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
12. Separate Group Buys
US Warehouse and Source 1 products may be required to be placed in separate orders because they may have different fulfillment locations, shipping fees, processing requirements, and delivery timelines.
13. Shipping and Tracking
Once an order is shipped, available shipping information may include the carrier, tracking number, shipping date, and estimated delivery information.
Tracking information may take approximately 24–48 hours to update after a shipping label has been created.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.
14. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Unless otherwise approved by us in writing, all sales are final.
Orders may not be cancelled after the applicable group buy closes or after a consolidated order has been submitted to the applicable source.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted after delivery unless otherwise approved in writing.
Processing fees and shipping fees may be non-refundable. Any exception to these terms will be reviewed individually and remains subject to administrator approval.
15. Research Use Only
All products offered through this website are intended strictly for laboratory research purposes only.
Products are not intended for human consumption, veterinary consumption, diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or medical condition.
We do not provide dosing, administration, reconstitution, medical, veterinary, or treatment advice.
16. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the website or products for any unlawful purpose or for any purpose prohibited by these Terms & Conditions.
You must not provide false registration information, attempt unauthorized access to another account, interfere with website functionality, or circumvent group-buy ordering, inventory, payment, or account restrictions.
17. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that a customer has violated these Terms & Conditions, provided inaccurate information, failed to comply with payment requirements, attempted unauthorized access, or engaged in conduct that may compromise the security or operation of the platform.
18. Website Availability
We aim to keep the platform available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Website availability may be affected by maintenance, technical issues, hosting problems, security events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
